These terms govern your use of FreddyOchoa.com, the public library, the support page, and related services offered by Freddy Ochoa.

Using the website

You may browse and use the public material for personal, lawful purposes. You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, scrape it abusively, impersonate another person, or use the material in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.

Educational and informational material

The website contains general educational, reflective, and practical material. It is not medical, legal, financial, psychological, or other regulated professional advice. You remain responsible for your own decisions and for obtaining qualified professional advice where appropriate.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the website’s original writing, structure, design, graphics, audio, tools, and other original material belong to Freddy Ochoa or are used with permission. You may link to public pages and quote short passages with appropriate attribution. You may not reproduce, sell, republish, or commercially exploit substantial parts of the work without permission.

One-time support

One-time contributions are voluntary support for the continuation of the work. They do not purchase ownership, investment rights, editorial control, equity, a guaranteed product, or charitable tax relief. Unless required by law or a payment was made in error or without authorization, completed voluntary contributions are generally not refundable.

Monthly support

Monthly support renews automatically at the displayed interval until cancelled. The supporter may manage or cancel the subscription through Stripe’s customer portal or by contacting ochoadiplan@gmail.com. Cancellation normally stops future renewals and does not automatically refund a completed billing period, except where required by law.

Payment processing

Stripe and PayPal process payments under their own terms and privacy policies. Their availability, payment methods, security checks, exchange rates, and processing decisions are controlled by those providers. FreddyOchoa.com does not directly store complete payment-card details.

Jewelry store

Jewelry listings, availability, prices, materials, delivery terms, returns, and other purchase conditions will be shown or confirmed before a purchase is completed. Displaying an item does not guarantee that it remains available. A purchase is not final until payment is accepted and the order is confirmed. Any mandatory consumer rights under applicable law remain unaffected.

Third-party links and services

The website may link to Stripe, PayPal, email providers, social platforms, or other third-party services. Freddy Ochoa is not responsible for the content, availability, security, or independent practices of those external services.

Availability and changes

The website and its material may be updated, reorganized, suspended, or removed. No guarantee is made that every page, feature, product, or service will remain continuously available or error-free.

Limitation of responsibility

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Freddy Ochoa is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from reliance on general website material, interruptions, external services, or misuse of the site. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections.

Governing law

These terms are governed by applicable Spanish law, without removing any mandatory protections that may apply to consumers in their country of residence. Disputes should first be raised by email so that a practical resolution can be attempted.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as the website, store, payment systems, or services evolve. The current version will remain published here with its revision date.
