YOUR FIRST WORKING SESSION

Do not start with all fifty studies.

The Architecture becomes useful through one complete cycle, not by opening many pages. In this first session, study one foundational idea, map one environment you know directly, and identify one small action that can teach you something real.

First-session rule: choose a system you personally observe. Do not begin with a distant government, secret organization, global theory, or person whose motives you cannot verify. Start with your workplace, a recurring family routine, a platform you use, a buying process, or a business you understand.
1

Study one foundational room

Open AG01. Read it once, then write one example from your own life in the private study notes. Mark the room as Studying rather than pretending you have mastered it.

2

Choose one observable system

Name a specific environment. “My job’s maintenance-request process” is useful. “The entire economy” is too large. A good first case has repeated participants, recognizable rules, visible incentives, and consequences you can observe.

Create the first map
3

Separate evidence from interpretation

Write what you directly saw in one part of the evidence field and what you think it means in another. Add at least one fact that would prove your interpretation incomplete or wrong.

Use the evidence field
4

Choose the smallest reversible move

Do not begin by confronting, quitting, accusing, or making a major investment. Choose a move that improves information or position while limiting damage if your interpretation is wrong.

Open the Decision Planner
5

Return after consequences appear

Record what actually happened. The difference between your expectation and reality is the curriculum. A failed prediction examined honestly can teach more than a successful guess.

Open Decision Review

The first cycle is complete when reality answers back.

You do not need to finish the entire curriculum before applying it. Repeat this cycle, deepen the relevant studies, compare cases only when comparison serves a real question, and let reviewed consequences determine what you study next.
